Through LearningGraham Ltd individuals and organizations contract with Pat to coach leadership, organizational development and behavior, interpersonal skills, and change management. Training and coaching for improvement in interpersonal skills engage the Color Code Assessment created by Dr. Taylor Hartman. Dr. Hartman believes needs and wants are derived from core motives. Motives and reasons are connected, and the Color Code assessment identifies “what” you do and delivers the more important “why” you do it. Motives take you deeper than behaviors.
Primary experience includes: teaching, Colorado Real Estate Brokers license (1978 to present), general construction manager for two personal homes, 21 years working with a university on the administrative side (business) from a Enrollment Counselor, Director of Enrollment, VP/Campus Director of two campuses , Regional Director of New Business Development, and Regional Directors of Enrollment. While working in the regional office, Pat created and developed a regional call center that was later taken to the corporate level for the entire university. Eight years of experience as a faculty member for a university facilitating courses in doctoral-level business and research are a part of the valuable experience.
Experience includes a lifetime of developing curriculum from school districts, universities, and training within organizations and corporations after conducting a needs base assessment to assure successful outcomes are achieved. Pat has taught Doctoral level courses including Managing Curriculum Development for adult learners. The course emphasizes using a combination of theory and practice, including Malcolm Knowles Angragogical approach to adult learning. Curriculum should be designed with learning theorist such as Kolb’s learning model of interactive learning and Fink’s self-directed approach to curriculum design to deliver significant learning.
Pat has nine grandchildren that are an exciting part of life. Hiking, table games, and grandson’s basketball game are a few of activities family brings.
